All courses are taught in English. ECE courses that are taught at GT-Shenzhen are drawn primarily from the following Technical Interest Areas (TIAs): Computer Systems and Software, Digital Signal Processing, Electric Energy, Electromagnetics, Electronic Design and Applications, Microelectronics/Microsystems, Optics and Photonics, Systems and Controls, Telecommunications, and VLSI Systems and Digital Design.

Courses outside of ECE will be taught at GT-Shenzhen as well, so that the students can meet all degree requirements. Non-ECE courses may be taught in Shenzhen from the following disciplines: Industrial and Systems EngineeringComputing, and Mathematics.

Online Application for Graduation

All students are required to submit an Online Application for Graduation (OAG). See the  MS ECE Degree Application Process. You must also submit changes to your coursework form online before the end of registration in the term of your graduation.

Courses – TIA Classifications

Some courses are cross-listed under different TIAs. ECE 6500 can be used as either a DSP TIA, Modern Optics TIA , or Systems & Controls TIA course. See the Projected Course Schedule for more information.

To submit the form online, use the MS Electronic Coursework Form link from the ECE website. Revisions to coursework planning forms should be submitted whenever a change is made in your study program.
